Today in our 2015 Chevrolet Cruz, we're going to take a look at the Inno Fork Lock Roof Mounted Bike Carrier. The part number is INXA391. I have the bike on a rack and we have the rack hooked to our vehicle. Let's go show you a few features of it. This is a fork mounted bike rack as you can see. We have our skewer here. It's already engaged.
To disengage it, we just pull back and if you need to loosen it or tighten it, on this side here. We're going to keep this engaged for right now. Put a cover over it. We're going to go to the back. We just have our wheel cradle here. we have our back tire sit in it.
Has just a strap just holding it down. We're going to take that off first. Alrighty. Then we're going to move toward the front. Go ahead and disengage our skewer so we can remove our bike.
I'll loosen it here. Now we better take off our bike. Set this off to the side. If you have any straps on your bike rack, might as well go ahead and put them back so you don't lose them or damage them. We're going to do that first. Alrighty.
While I'm back here, I can just show you that actually, the strap itself, if you need it for a smaller bike, move it forward. Or, even a bigger bike. You can move it back. Just keep that in mind. It does adjust. I want to show you how we have this all engaged here. I'm going to take the lids off. This is pretty much a T slotted bike carrier. Inside here, on these 2 little Allen screws here, there's a plate under the bottom that actually slides in between here. We don't have to take off the rubber. It actually slides it right on in. We just tighten them up with the Allen screw and we're good to go. The one in the back also has the same. We have an Allen bow here. There's a little plate in there. Tightens up as we, on our bike rack itself. We also have a black nob here that can adjust to where it needs to go back or go forward just to pretty much the width of the crossbars itself. inaudible 00:02:20 caps back on. I'll pull this down. All right. We're going to go ahead and close this up and we're ready to go. That's going to complete our look at the Inno Fort Lock Roof Mounted Bike Carrier. Part number again is INXA391 on today's 2015 Chevrolet Cruz. Let's see how it does on a test course. First is the slalom area which simulates side to side action like turning the corners or evasive maneuvers. Next are the alternate speed bumps which show you the twisting action like hitting a pot hole, road debris, or hitting a curb. Finally, we're at the solid speed bumps which show the up and down action to simulate a parking garage or coming out your driveway.
