Review of the Carr US Air Force Logo Hitch Mounted Step

Today we're going to be taking a look at the car hitch mounted step for 2" trailer hitches with the US Air Force logo on it, part #CARR183132. The dimensions of the hitch step are 2 1/2" long by 5" wide and has a weight capacity of 650 lbs. It also is made of a sturdy die cast aluminum which is rust and corrosion resistant. This sturdy hitch step gives you quick ease of access to the roof of your vehicle, your cargo area, or the truck bed. It also, on the front, has the emblem of the US Air Force to show your support. To use the hitch step, it's very easy.

All you do is fold down and you're ready to go. Now I would like to point out it has this nice non slip surface here to ensure that you don't fall when you're getting to your roof or your truck bed. Now that we've gone over some of the features of the hitch step, let's show you how it installs. It simply slides into thee 2" shank like so and you secure it with the hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock, which are sold separately. Today we're using part #PC3.
