Today in our 2007 Honda Odyessy, we're doing a test fit of the Carpod walled 00:00:06 Cargo Carrier. That part number is M2205. The dimensions are 23 by 47 and can hold up to 450lbs. You see we have it on our vehicle. First we like to do is do a few measurements just to show you. First measurement I'd like to take it'll be our ground clearance; I'm looking at 13.5 inches. Overall, we've added 33 inches to our vehicle.
Our closest point, let's see here, I'm looking at 3.5 inches. This is a camp fold down. I'll show you that now. Take a pins here, take a pine here, also here. What I want to do is bring these in. I'm just going to set these off to the side, I'm just going to put them in the pocket right now.
This does come with a strap, like so. We're going to put this on. The strap is pretty much to keep it held down as you're riding down the road when you just want it in the folding position. Put our strap through there inaudible 00:01:50, fold down. Grab this part.
Here we go. Pull it through our cambock 00:02:05 right here and we can tighten it up. Here we go. Tighten it up like so. When the cargo box is in this position, you can get in and out of your hatch. Plenty of room on both sides.
This also has another folding position. Right here we're going to pull out the pin and clip. Bring it up to this area, reinsert our pin and clip down here. Overall distance has changed and closer to the bumper has changed also. Overall, we're looking at 10 inches. And our closest point, let's see if I can come through here. Just going underneath. Closest point about the same; it's about 4 inches. This does not come with a pin and clip. You can find it on our website. The part number is PC3. That'll be it for our look on the Carpod walled 00:03:34 Cargo Carrier, that part number again is M2205, on today's 2007 Honda Odyessy. Let's see how it does on our test course. Here is is on our test course. First is the inaudible 00:03:47 area which simulates side-to-side action by turning the corners or evasive maneuvers. Next are the alternate speed bumps which shows you the twisting action like hitting a pot hole, road debris, or hitting a curb. Finally, we're at the solid speed bumps which show you up and down action to simulate a parking garage or coming out of your driveway.
