Today on this 2009 Dodge Ram pickup were going to do test fit of part number RX5079277 from Rain-X. This is a latitude windshield wiper blade. Few things to know about this windshield wiper blade is that it has a beam style construction which insures a constant contact between the blade and the windshield. It has an aerodynamic shape to help keep it attached to the windshield during high speed. The rubber edge also has built in UV inhibitors to help protect it from the sunlight. To start off our test fit well go ahead and remove the original wiper blades.
Theres a small tab that we have to push up to release it from the arm. Well push up the tab and slide off the arm. Once we have it apart we can see the arm is J style. Well line up the arm and slide the J style into the attachment of the windshield wiper blade until it clicks into place. Were already finished with our drivers side well go ahead and repeat the same process over on our passenger side.
