How to Install the Michelin Stealth Ultra Wiper Blades on a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox

Today our 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, we're going to be look at. I'm going to show you how to install a Michelin Stealth Ultra windshield wiper blades. This is what our windshield wiper blades look like when they're installed. They're going to be hybrid style, all-weather blades. They're going to help keep your windshield clean during rain, ice, and snowy conditions. It's going to have a hard plastic cover. It's going to help keep any dirt and debris from getting down on your blade.

Each blade is going to have eight pressure points, from one end to the other, to help provide an even amount of pressure between the blade and the windshield. Each blade is going to have a graphite coating to reduce any risk of chattering or skipping. Each one's going to have a nice, hard, plastic casing on the top. It's going to help keep any dirt and debris from getting on the blade and it's going to have an aerodynamic design that's going to allow air to flow over the top rather than underneath of the blade like some do. This is really going to help keep the blade from lifting as we're going down the highway.Keep in mind, if you need to replace a windshield wiper, it's a good idea to replace both of them.

These are going to be two different sizes. They're going to come in a quantity of one, so you want to make sure you use our fit guide to properly pick the correct sizes for your vehicle. Now that we've gone over some of the features, let me show you how to get them installed.First thing we need to do is you're going to have a little bracket on the inside of the windshield wiper. We're going to need to put this one on, so we need to take this one off. Turn it just a little bit and push.

You can pop it out. Then we'll take our new one, that rod right there, we're going to push it right into place. I like to use a piece of cardboard when I'm taking this off because our arm is metal. If this happens to slip out of my hand, if it hits the windshield, you don't have anything there, it's going to break it. Take a piece of cardboard or something and put it underneath just in case.

Push this little tab here. You're going to push up. Take our new one. I'll slide it right into place. You're going to repeat that same process for the other side. That'll do it for a look at an installation on the Michelin Stealth Ultra windshield wiper blades on our 2016 Chevrolet Equinox.
