Review of the Husky WeatherBeater Front and Rear Floor Liners on a 2019 Nissan Rogue

Today on our 2019 Nissan Rogue we're going to be taking a look at the Husky Liners weatherbeater custom model floor liners for the front and rear. Now these are available in black and in tan. Now everybody wants to keep their vehicle clean as possible for as long as they can and the inside is not going to be any different and our Husky Liners are going to make sure that our carpet stays nice and protected, looking new as long as it can. They're going to do that because they're just going to give us a lot more coverage than the factory mat. We can see how far they extend past the pedals so we don't have to worry about the carpet getting dirty up here and we can see that it's going to contour all around the floorboard perfectly. The raised side walls here are going to make sure that all that dirt and anything else that we have on our shoes stay on the mat and off the carpet. Now you'll notice they're going to have these ribs and channels in the mats.

The channels are there so it can divert any kind of moisture or water away whether it's raining and we have water on our shoes or if we've been walking through the snow, it'll help divert all that water away from our feet. Then the ribs elevate our feet up enough so they're not sitting in standing water. If you're look at all weather mats, the big difference that our Husky Liners here are going to have as opposed to all the other ones is they're going to have a little bit softer of a texture and feel to them. You can see if I grab the top, it's nice and flexible which is going to make it easier to get in and out and it's not going to be inaudible 00:01:24 that hard plastic-y feeling like we have with some of the other all weather mats. Our passenger mat is going to have a lot of the same features as the driver's mat. inaudible 00:01:33 it does have that soft feel to it. It's going to lay nice and flat on the floorboard, we don't have to worry about it shifting around, but also we have these two spots where our factory anchor points can go through, again helping it from shifting around.

Now if we flip the mat over and we look on the bottom, we can see they're going to have these nibs and that also is going to help keep it from shifting because these are going to dig down in the carpet and make sure it stays in place. Now our mats are also going to include the back seat, which is great because we don't have to worry about our kids, pets, or anybody else getting anything on the carpet, but what you're really going to appreciate about the back mat is it's going to be a one piece design, so all the way from one side to the other. We're not going to have to worry about any seams, cracks, or anywhere else for anything to fall down and get on the carpet. All the mats are going to be made out of rubberized thermoplastic and that's going to be pretty standard for most all weather mats. These are going to be resistant to most automotive chemicals like oil, road salt, and even gasoline, but when it does come time to clean them, it's going to be a really easy process. We'll just pull them out, hose them down with some mild soap and water, let them air dry, and we can reinstall them. That'll finish up your look at the Husky Liners weatherbeater custom model floor liners for the front and rear on our 2019 Nissan Rogue.
