Today on our 2006 Toyota Sienna, well be test fitting the Draw-Tite Ball Mount with three quarter inch rise or two inch drop rated at 6,000 pounds, part number 2923. Now before installing our ball mount, well first need to get our hitch height measurement. To do this, well measure from the inside top edge of the receiver tube to the ground. Now on this vehicle that measurement is 11 and three quarter inches. Now keep in mind that measurement can change due to hitch style, tire size or any other accessories which may change your vehicles ride height, so its a good idea to measure yours. Well now slide the ball mount shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole and install our hitch pin and clip and with that our ball mount is secured to the vehicle in the drop position.
Now from the top of the ball mount platform to the ground measures nine and there quarter inches. We can then flip our ball mount over, reinstall our pin and clip and our ball mount is secured in the rise position. In the rise position from the top of the ball mount platform to the ground measures 12 and a half inches.
