How to Install the Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer on a 2006 Chrysler 300C

Today on our 2006 Chrysler 300c were going to install part #: AR350-532, this is the Power Aid throttle body spacer. To start off our install were going to go ahead and remove the negative battery cable. Now well go ahead and remove the air intake assembly. Well unsnap the air box, then well go over to our clamp on the throttle body. Well go ahead and loosen up that clamp and theres a small chamber off to the left hand side that you can pop off from its rubber fitting. Then we can go ahead and take the unit off as one piece.

Now there is still cable connected to it, so well just go ahead and rotate the whole thing off to the left hand side. Now we can go ahead and remove the throttle body. There are four bolts well have to remove. Now, with our throttle body removed we can go ahead and test fit our spacer with the throttle body and the intake manifold. It looks like everything looks okay, so well go ahead and put it together.

Well go ahead and take our spacer and install it into the manifold and then well put our throttle body back on top of it. Well go ahead and install our new six millimeter bolts and washers. Well get them all started, then well go ahead and tighten them in a criss-cross pattern. Now we can go ahead and reinstall our air intake assembly. Lastly, we can reinstall the negative cable to our battery.

Thatll finish it for our install of part #: AR350-532 on our 2006 Chrysler 300c. .
