Review of Luma LEDs Off Road Lights OBP26-84W-SPB

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Luma LED 6" Long Double Row Off-Road Light Bar with this 8 Degree Spot Beam Pattern. Now, this LED light bar will project a nice cool, white light. The light output is from a double row of 12 7-watt Phillips LEDs. Gives you a total wattage of 84 watts. The LED lifespan is 100,000 hours, and this light, again, gives off the 8 degree spot beam pattern. Does use integrated thermal management to help prevent overheating. It does have over/under voltage protection, which keeps your light bar operating at the correct voltage.

It's an instant on and off, means no waiting for your lights to warm up.The housing is a nice black powder-coated high grade 60 63 extruded aluminum housing, which is corrosion resistant. It is a heat sink design of the housing. It helps dissipate the heat of the light. It does use a durable polycarbonate lens. It is a surface mount design.

You can see it has the universal brackets that come with it. I've installed it to the sides. The brackets and the hardware is all stainless steel. It does come with the mounting hardware to install it to the vehicle. It does use a waterproof ATP connector, and the housing is a submersible water and dust proof housing. It's rated IP69K.

It means this housing will stand up to any mud, dirt, snow, or high pressure water spray, and it will remain watertight even when permanently submerged in water. It's no-fogging. The lenses won't fog or haze because of pressure equalization. It does have the capped ends, and the heavier heat sink design does eliminate any wind howl.Again, the length of the light bar is 6". Length of the wire lead is 19".

Light output on this is 5,049 lumens. Color temperature is 6,000 Kelvin. Operating temperature for this bar is -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 302 degrees Fahrenheit. The power draw at 12 volts DC is 4.7 amps. What I'm going to do now is I've got a 12 volt power supply. We're going to plug this in to show you how bright it is, and turn off the overhead lights. We'll first make our connections. Once we get it connected, we'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights. I think I've got a good connection there. Now, with the overhead lights off, we'll go ahead and turn the power on. With the power on, you can see it gives off a really nice, bright 84 watts, 12 LEDs there. And again, it's the pattern . back off a little bit, you can see it's pretty much a 8 degree spot beam pattern.I'll go ahead and turn off our light, turn back on our overhead lights. But that should do it for the review on the Luma LED 6" Long Double Row Off-Road Light Bar with the 8 Degree Spot Beam Pattern.
