Review of Luma LEDs Off Road Lights OBP220-252W-CBB

Speaker 1: Today, we're going to take a look at the Luma LED 20-inch long double row off road light bar with the mixed beam pattern. Now, this LED light bar will project a nice, cool white light. The light output on it is from a double row of 36 7-watt Phillips LEDs. It gives you a total wattage of 252 watts. An LED life span is about 100,000 hours. This light has mixed beam pattern. Basically, what that's telling you is it has a combination 60-degree flood beam.

That would be the eight on this end, the eight on this end, and then the 8-degree spot is in the middle. There's 20 of them in the middle. This light bar does use integrated thermal management. It helps prevent overheating. It does have an over- and under-voltage protection. It keeps the light bar operating at the correct voltage.

It has an instant on and off, which means there's no waiting for your lights to warm up.The housing on this is a black powder coated, high grade, 60/63 extruded aluminum housing. It is corrosion resistant. And it is a heat sink design, so it does help dissipate the heat of the light. The lens on it is a durably polycarbonate lens.It is a surface mount, comes with the universal brackets I've already attached to each end right here. The brackets and the hardware is stainless steel.

They even give you hardware for installation to your vehicle. The connector on this, they use a waterproof ATP connector. The housing for the light is submersible, water, and dustproof housing, which is rated IP69K. Basically, it means this housing will stand up to any mud, dirt, snow, or even high pressure water spray. And it will remain watertight when it's permanently submerged in water. No fogging. The lenses won't fog or haze because of pressure equalization.

The ends, they used a capped end. And then the heat sink design of it is a little bit heavier. That eliminates any of the wind howl. The bar length, again, is 20 inches long. The length of the wire lead is right at 19 inches. Light output on this is 15,100 lumens. Color temperature is 6,000 kelvin. And the operating temperature for this light bar is -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 203 degrees Fahrenheit. Power draw at 12 volts dc is 11.53 amps. And the last thing I'm going to do is, I'm going to hook this up to a 12-volt power supply, just to show you how bright the lights are. So what we're going to go ahead and do is attach the connector here. Right there. Connect that one. I'm going to go ahead and turn off the overhead lights. And we'll turn on the 12-volt power. Make sure we get a good connection here. There we go.Now we've got our connection. You can see it gives you a very bright 252 watts, 36 7-watt LEDs. And again, it's a mixture of the end. It's a 60-degree flood beam, and the middle is an 8-degree spot beam. Very bright light.Go ahead and turn off our power. Turn on our overhead lights. That should do it for the review on the Luma LED 20 inch long, double row off-road light bar, with the mixed beam pattern.
