Adco Covers - Tire Covers - 290-3965 Review

Today we're going to take a look at the ADCO Tyre Gard tan RV tire and wheel covers for 18 inch to 22 inch diameter tires. And that's for a quantity of four covers. Now these covers will protect four tires on your parked RV. These wheel covers protect the RV tires and wheels from any water, dirt, and UV rays. So they are good for off-season storage or anytime you're parked for an extended time. They'll help guard against dry rot, premature sidewall cracking of the tires, to help prevent any tire blowout. They also do help keep away the unwanted attention of any animals. We did have a nice customer review that mentioned that when they're storing their RV, they had problems with spiders and other critters that just love to make homes in the wheels of their RV.

But after they installed these wheel covers, they seem to have stopped doing that. These are a nice heavy duty, water repellent vinyl construction. They have nice stubble needle stitching overlapping seams to ensure durability. And they have a flannel backing on the inside to help protect the wheels from any scratches. You can see that nice white flannel backing. Let me take one of these, just to show you if you open it up, there you can see the whole inside is a nice flannel backing. Now these are a quick, easy installation.

All you have to do, you can see, is just slip them over the top of the tire, and then at the very bottom you have a hook and loop strap that you'll just attach to hold it together at the bottom. Now I would recommend, for best results when you're going to cover your tires, you might want to lay these covers in the sun for a few minutes before installation. That'll allow the material to expand so that it'll make it more easily to fit over your tire. The hook and loop strap at the bottom, again, holds it in place. They do also have brass grommets on each end right down here. For added security, what I might recommend is to get a bungee cord, a small bungee cord, hook it on each end of the brass grommets, and that'll help hold the bottom securely also. You can see when the cover's on, it goes pretty much all the way to the bottom. So it protects the whole tire and wheel. It's very simple to clean with just soap and water.

This one is the designer series cover. It has the two tone tan color. Gives a nice clean look to your stored RV. And it even comes with this nice, large storage bag with handles and zippered opening for storing or transporting all four of the covers here.Application, again, is for 18 inch to 22 inch diameter tires. So it does fit 8 inch to 12 inch size tires.

And this one we happen to have displayed on a 530 by 12 size tire. Now all the tire sizes that these covers will fit on are listed at the bottom of the product page of this product. And again, it's for a quantity of four covers. But that should do it for the review on the ADCO Tyre Gard tan RV tire and wheel covers for 18 inch to 22 inch diameter tires.

Looking for tire covers for my Utility Trailer. They are 4.8 x 8" and they are 16" in diameter. Seems strange these are so hard to find.

I'm not sure why they are hard to find to be honest. We don't even carry any that are for a 16" diameter tire. The smallest we have are for 18" tires which you can find at this link.
