What I like about it is the ¾” rise it keep the draw bar height at about the same as the factory frame so the attachments height remain level. Thanks for the great product.

Not much you can say about a bar with a piece of flat metal welded to it; well made looks good. What is really important is that e-trailer is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I've ordered from them anytime I needed a trailer/RV part.
JB - 12/12/2017I purchased a Curt class II hitch for my wifes subaru. I recieved it right away and the installation was a breeze. There was a simple little piece of two sided tape missing from the light wire kit. I called etrailer and George sent it to me that day. Service after the sale is what makes a good company great. This trailer hitch was easy to install. I am eighty six years and a disabled Vet. I took my time and had it on in one and half hours.
I also installed the heat deflector back on. I think this heat deflector should be reinstalled as the muffler creates a lot of heat. Saved a lot of money also as the dealer here wanted $500.00 for the hitch $60.00 for the wiring and half day to install. Thought he
had a sucker but I didn't bite. Thanks much George J
The hitch was well made and the paint was excellent.
I liked the links to instructions. I found it easier to remove one muffler than drop the whole exhaust. I did not find good instructions for connecting the wiring but it was a simple easy job. I would like to see suggested kits that include all components to do the job. I calculate it saved me about $100 by doing the job myself. I suggest recommending either antisieze or loctite for the fasteners as both prevent corrosion.

Shipping time wasn't of the essence for me so I went with the least expensive shipping got the item in a weeks time, I was quite satisfied with the delivery time frame. The class II draw bar itself looks very sturdy. The welds are quality. Shopped around and etrailer had the best price I could find. Last year I purchased my trailer hitch from them and received a great customer experience then as well.
Could not find this particular 1 1/4" drawbar locally. etrailer.com had it at a good price which offset the shipping. Order representative was efficient and pleasant, helped me with on-line catalog questions. Quick shipping. Just attached it to the hitch and I'm very pleased. This is a great product. Something I don't ever have to worry about going down the highway with a full load. Even more important than a great product, is the service I received from etrailer.com. The bar was stolen through a hole in box. I called the company about the loss and was immediately speaking with a pleasant human. How novel! She (Ellen) said a new one would be shipped out and would I email a photo of the box.

I went with this product because of the bolt on capabilities limiting the amount of install work. The ability to not see the hitch when not in use (hidden behind the licence plate of the car) was the second reason for choosing this product. My other car would have had the tow bar visual at all times. Not a pretty thing. The draw bar is heavy duty. I cant wait to use it!

I recently purchased the Curt Class II Drawbar. First, it arrived quite promptly. The product itself is well built and it is obvious that it was fabricated to high standards. Ummm , it's a tow bar.
That being said, it would have helped to know the tow bar was solid steel, making the locking pic I purchased worthless as it requires a hollow housing.
Met expectations. etrailer.com would have made another $5.00 sale if they would have somehow reminded me to by the receiver pin. Oh well, quick trip to AutoZone fixed that.
It's just a drawbar purchased along with a Curt hitch. Works great as it should. Etrailer price and service can't be beat.
