So much of an improvement from the turnover ball version. This one is a smaller footprint, significantly lighter (though still heavy, but not 120lbs heavy). So far I couldn't be happier with it.
It fit my truck and I expected it would, but I was able to use my old 5th wheel plate from my 05 Companion and save a few hundred bucks.
First of all I was not very happy to have to spend the money for a new base because of the puck system already installed on my truck but when opening the box and seeing the base I was impressed with how much smaller it is compared to the companion base. Very easy install and it looks great. Would give 5 stars but have not connected to trailer yet.
Fast and easy! Fits perfect really nice being able to just order the bottom base due to us getting a new truck. We chose not to go with the slider get a lot more room with just a stationary hitch can almost turn 90 degrees got to about 80. All in all great service and great products. Thank you.
Did not fit on truck!!!!!! called etrailer said it was the right one and told me to call B&W. B&W said there was a problem with those hitch's fitting on chevy trucks's. this is something etrailer should have known.I should not have to spend a 1/2 day on trying to find a solution! I am not very impressed with etrailer at this time>

Hi Denis. I haven't heard of there being any issues with this fitting GM trucks, so I contacted B&W as well. This is what I got back from them: The # BWRVB3710 will fit the 2026 model year trucks. We have heard of a couple of instances where the 2026 GM puck system was welded incorrectly like they were for the 2025 model year, although that has been extremely rare. So with that being said, how is it not fitting? Could it be an issue with the truck and not the B&W base? They hold themselves to very high tolerance standards and I don't think I have had one of their products have a defect in the over a decade I have been doing this.
It is a perfect fit for my 2023 3500HD, and very simple installation into the factory puck system. Great setup.
Solid reliable product. I will purchase it again--but will probably never need to.

Received the hitch replacement base this morning. Just got it installed. Absolutely perfect fit and function. The old saddle fit perfectly on the new base. I recently traded our 2015 Denali HD 2500 for a 2020 Denali HD 3500. A very special shout out to Korren in customer service for helping me get exactly what I needed. Compared to the turnover ball that I previously had, this is easier to add/remove from the bead and maintains plenty of bed space when hauling

Relatively easy setup. Quick install. Great hooking up the 5th wheel and towing with this hitch.
Will was a great help shipping got a little messed up but I got in time for our camping trip.
Hitch was delivered in a very timely manner and luckily ok, packaging was in very bad shape, big hole in box and parts everywhere but luckily parts were all there and no paint damage. Your packaging could be improved!
