Yes, we do have hitches for your 2018 Dodge Durango.

Of the three rear hitch options I recommend the USA-made Curt # C13182 because it offers easy no-drill installation using included hardware as shown in the included video. The hitch model # DT38MR from Draw-Tite that you referenced offers a less visible installation but will take a lot longer to install. If you want the least-visible hitch and you don't mind a more challenging installation then the Draw-Tite # 76196 is a great choice instead. If it were my vehicle I would go for the USA-made Curt.

The rear hitches for your truck are all the 2-inch Class III type and all will be compatible with an 18-inch spare tire.

If you plan to tow you may need a wiring harness. If the trailer has only basic lighting you can use the 4-pole wiring harness kit # 118617. Installation consists of plugging in custom connectors at the tail lights and running one wire to the Durango's battery. A helpful article and video are linked. This harness protects the truck's internal wiring from short-circuits or other faults on the trailer.

Towing also requires a ball mount, hitch ball and a hitch pin and clip. We do offer a complete multi-part kit # 989900 that provides flexibility to tow different trailers with varying heights and coupler sizes.
