The Thule Raceway # TH9002PRO you referenced won't fit your 2008 Honda Odyssey. If you prefer a trunk mount bike rack, we currently offer 2 bike racks. The Hollywood # HRF2 is a 2 bike carrier and will fold down when not in use. The Hollywood 3 bike carrier is part # HRF2-3.

If you don't have a trailer hitch already, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class-III hitch receiver # 75270. It's a custom fit trailer hitch that allows you to carry a cargo carrier, bike rack or tow a trailer. If you plan on doing any towing in the future, the ball mount kit I recommend is # EBMK4 and will come with one ball mount, pin and clip, 1-7/8 and 2-inch hitch ball head and ball mount bag. And lastly, the wiring harness you would need is part # 118438.

The great thing is you have a couple of hitch bike rack options for your 2008 Honda Odyssey. They are hanging or platform hitch mounted bike racks.

The hanging bike rack I recommend is the Thule Helium Aero 2 bike rack # TH9042. This rack is very lightweight and weighs 18.25 pounds. The tilting feature is convenient because you can tilt the rack outward to gain accessibility to your cargo area. It also works with 1-1/4 and 2 inch receiver openings. The 3 bike option is # TH9043. An adapter bar such as # TH982XT is a great addition if you are transporting alternative frame, child's or woman's bikes.

The platform bike that I recommend is the Thule Doubletrack # TH9054. It's designed for easy loading and unloading and will have different locking options. The integrated lever on this rack allows you to fold up the platform rack when not in use.

I have included a couple FAQ's and videos for you too.
