Could I get you to explain more about your setup? What vehicle do you have? What exactly happens? Is it when you turn on headlights only the brights come on?
First thing that comes to mind though is to check the connection of the battery terminals on the vehicle.

Yes only the bright lights work when you want to turn the dim lights on and you hit the switch everything goes black no lights at all and also there is a clicking noise underneath the dash somewhere it sounds like baby an antenna or something is trying to go up or down I don't know I wish you would know. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated this is on a Fleetwood 2018 Pace arrow XLE motorhome
