Pulling a 17 Casita travel trailer 2400 lb Dry 300 lb T/W with a 2004 Jeep Liberty, Class 3 Draw-Tite hitch installed. Looking at the Reese Steadi-FLEX Light Duty Weight Distribution System W/D # 66557. What would be your recommendation.

If the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of the camper PLUS the weight of anything stowed in the cargo area of your Liberty behind the rear axle weighs less than its 400 lb maximum capacity, the Reese Steadi-FLEX # 66557 you referred to would work very well.
If you find that the weight of the gear in the Liberty puts the tongue weight close to or above 400 lbs, I'd recommend a higher rated system like the Reese SC, part # RP66151 which is rated for trailer tongue weights ranging from 200-600 lbs. Ideally, you want the tongue weight plus the weight of the gear in the cargo area of the tow vehicle to fall pretty near the middle of the effective range of the system you choose. I believe the Reese SC system would be a better choice for you.
Both systems include the weight distributing shank, but the trailer ball is sold separately. If you go with the lower rated Steadi-Flex system, you'll need a 2 inch ball with a 1 inch diameter shank, like part # 63845. If you to with the Reese SC # RP66151 system, you'll need a ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank like part # A-90.
I have linked to some articles about weight distribution that you might find helpful.
