Troubleshooting an AirLift Remote that Is Giving a FAIL Error Code

hello, i am getting am error message on my controler FAIL IL can you please assist me with some help? AL73002

Hey Curtis, so this has come up in the past and from what AirLift has told us is basically it's really only two causes. One could be a simple loose ground, which you should be able to easily check yourself to verify. If there is a loose ground, then tighten it and check it again.

The other possible cause is that the inflate button was pressed too quickly. It sounds silly, but I guess if the button is pressed too quickly it can also throw that FAIL error.

If you've already checked that, and you're still getting that error let me know and I'll see what else AirLift says about it.

Hey Curtis, did tightening the ground or slowing down on the inflate button clear the FAIL IL message on your controller? Your update could make it easier for others who run into the same error.
