Replacement Part Availability for the Kuat Sherpa 2.0

Question:
The part of my Sherpa 2.0 rack that clamps the back wheel down snapped in half. My rack is brand new with only about 5 uses on it and it already broke. I was using it as intended and snapped off. I believe it was because of the cold weather. Is there anything that can be sent to fix it? Or a refund?
