Replacement Jack With Tailgate Clearance Needed For A Dump Trailer

Question:
I have a dump trailer and the crank handle that lifts the trailer sits too close to the back of my truck when backing up, hitting my tailgate. Would one of your products work without hurting the structural integrity between the truck and connection of the trailer when loaded?
