Can you tell me if my draw title hitch off of my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee will fit a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee?

No, it will not sorry Martin. Not sure which Draw-Tite hitch you have on your 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee but none of them fit past the 2021 models because of the generation change.
For your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch item # DT42GR. This is a class IV hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 7,500 lbs towing capacity and a 1,125 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked an installation video below along with the instructions so you can see how to get it set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C27BR and a ball mount kit item # C45534. The wiring harness only fits the models without the tow package.
