Hey Daniel,
To find the correct replacements you'll first want to take some measurements so that we can find an exact match. Swapping out suspension components with different lengths can cause bind ups and other issues so it's best to just go with the same sizing to avoid having to reconfigure the entire setup to function properly.
For the leaf springs you'll need to jack the trailer up by the frame on one side to relieve the tension on the spring. You can then measure from the center of the eyelet to the center of the other eyelet. For the equalizer you'll need to measure from eyelet center to eyelet center horizontally and from the center of shackle strap up eyelets up to the center of the hanger eyelet. For both of these components we'll also need to know what your axle capacity is. If the axle tag has worn off then you can measure the axle tube diameter to give us an idea of what the capacity would be.
Now would also be a good time to check your shackles straps and see if they're worn and have play in them now. If so you'll want to measure from center to center of the bolt holes to determine the correct length. I would also check your bushing and bolts to see if they're in need of replacement as well. bolts you'll just need the length and thickness and for the bushings you'll just measure the inner and outer diameters.
I've attached a short video below where I'll go over the suspension and how to measure and replace everything so you can see how to do it as well. Once you have your measurements I'd be happy to look up the correct replacements.
