Hello, I’m looking for a cover my BMW trailer hitch. It’s a 5th 3670 slide puck system for a dodge 2500.

So unfortunately Donald we don't have anything that will cover the entirety of your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3670, but we do have the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Cover # RP30055 which will at least cover the head portion of the hitch.
