Have a Mazda CX5 2022, when I put my mobility ra k and scooter on back it drags what option to support the e tra weight

Jim, it sounds like you you may be overloading your hitch with that mobility scooter. You could try and use some stabilizing straps # 18050 and see if that helps, but other than than that there aren't any suspension enhancement solutions that'd help, so the best thing I can recommend is to trailer your scooter and pull it instead.
Not a super ideal solution I know, but the alternative is that your scooter continues to drag and possibly ends up damaging your vehicle.
