Hi Fred,

If you're needing just the rooftop unit replaced and want to keep the air distribution box and thermostat inside then you'll first need to determine if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin wire harness connector. If you remove the cover to the air distribution box you should be able to look up and see the wire harness hanging down from the rooftop unit and plugged into the controller.

You'll also want to remove the shroud of the rooftop unit and look for the label to see what your BTU rating is to pick the correct replacement.

6-Pin:
13,500 BTU # FR26PR
15,000 BTU # FR58PR

9-Pin:
13,500 BTU # FR82PV
15,000 BTU # FR42PV
