Hi Paulette,
I believe you're saying the solar controller with the Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller - 90 Watt Solar Panel # 34282729 is blank. If that is the case, Go Power says it is likely the battery or fuse connection, and what to do is check the voltage at the controller battery terminals with a voltmeter and compare with a voltage reading at the battery
terminals.
They say if there is no voltage reading at the controller battery terminals, the problem is in the wiring between the battery and the controller. If the battery voltage is lower than 6 volts, the controller will not function.
Go Power says to check all connections from the controller to the battery, check that all connections are clean, tight, and secure, and ensure the battery voltage is above 6 volts.
