The remote for your FV7300 roof vent is obsolete. You are going to need to either find a used remote that works or replace the vent assembly. I recommend looking at the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-07500K as it can easily be controlled from a wireless remote. It also has a built in rain shield so you can run the fan in the rain.
