I have a 2015 American Coach Motorcoach - Brake controllers are not installed standard but the coach is pre-wired. Will be pulling a trailer so I need help with a brake controller. Any suggestions? Plug and play?

There used to be a plug and play option available from Tekonsha with their 3027-P adapter which would allow you to use one of their controllers like the Prodigy P3 # 90195. Since that is no longer available from Tekonsha you could cut off the factory connector and wire in the Controller # 90195 or use a trailer mounted option like the Autowbrake # 3430001 you found.
