The 5th wheel I use has pin that are 22 in apart from front to rear. Would I be able to use this system with my 5th wheel

Great question, Chaz!

It sounds like you've got a 5th wheel hitch that installs with industry standard rails (see attached), so if this is the case, then you can install the Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch # RP30158-68 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 but you'll need the Adapter Rails # C88KR in order to fit your 5th wheel to this base system.

A lot of 5th wheel hitches have adapter brackets to fit to the Elite Series rail system so if you let me know what hitch you have I can see if we have a specific mounting kit so you don't have to use and keep track of the Curt Adapter Rails.
