You have 2 options Aaron. The first is visiting your local Chevy dealer who will be able to give you the build sheet on your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. This may be the best option if you have other questions about what your truck came with from the factory. If you are only concerned about if your Silverado came with the HD tow package you can check the build codes which is typically found in the glove box or on the inside of the drivers door. You want to look for the code "Z82" which is the code for the HD trailer provisions.
