The Aluminum HWT Series S5 14 x 5-1/2-Inch Trailer Wheel that you referenced, part # TTWALS514545, can be fitted with two tire sizes: 205/75-14 or 215/75-14. The overall width of the tires is either 205mm (8.07-inches) or 215mm (8.46-inches), and the overall diameter will be 26.3 inches for a 205 size and 26.7 inches for a 215 size.

The two linked articles offer much information about tire sizes and these might be helpful to you.

The main consideration for choosing trailer tires is weight capacity, or load rating. The 205/75-14 size tire, for example, is available in three load ratings and you will want to select a tire based on the weight load that will be put on it.

Load Range B = 1430-lbs maximum load at 35psi
Load Range C = 1760-lbs maximum load at 50psi
Load Range D = 2100-lbs maximum load at 65psi

Trailer tires should always be inflated to their maximum specified pressure (as indicated on the tire sidewall)
or the load capacity will be reduced and tread wear will become uneven. Under-inflated tires can lead to premature tire failure from excessive heat build-up. Trailer tires are rated for speeds up to 65mph.

I have also included a link to our main page for 14-inch trailer tires where you can select from among the sizes, types and load ratings available.
