It fits both. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BW73FR is custom fit and will work with both the 6-3/4' and 8' bed lengths on a 2023 Ford F-250 so long as you don't have the puck system. It has a massive 30,000 lbs capacity.
This underbed system allows you to store the 2-5/16" hitch ball upside down and inside your bed when you are not using it. This gives you full access to your bed when you're not towing. The locking handle is easily accessible inside your driver's side rear wheel well.
To make towing with a gooseneck trailer easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds item # C57010. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your GM truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your gooseneck trailer easier and more convenient.
