I have 2 ride1up 700 series ebikes and they weigh 62 pounds each will the saris county bike rack for two electric bikes handle this weight?

The Saris Door County Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # SAR42RR only has a 60lb per bike capacity so it unfortunately will not be able to handle the weight of your Ride1UP 700 Series e-bikes. If the weight you have is calculated while the battery is installed on the bike the removing it would significantly drop the weight and would most likely allow you to use this rack.
The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202 has a 65lb per bike capacity and would be able to handle your bikes. It doesn't have an electric lift, but comes with a ramp to help loads your heavy e-bikes onto the rack. A longer ramp (53") # TH933402 can be purchased separately for easier loading and unloading.
