B and W installation kit and gooseneck trailer hitch # BWGNRK1313-5W will fit your 2011 Ram 3500 Mega Cab diesel. The kit was actually designed to fit diesel models. I have linked a video review of the kit and the instructions for you to view. If you need a compatible 5th wheel hitch to go with the install kit and gooseneck then you would need B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3500-5W.
To an in-bed 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer wiring, you can use Hopkins wiring harness # 41157. It plugs in line with the back of the factory installed 7-Way. I have linked a video showing an installation on a different truck but it also fits the Ram.
