The trailer hitches offered for your 2017 Toyota Camry will all be Class 2 rated hitches. There can be a little variance with max capacity in this class and the highest rated one is the # C12107, offered by Curt. This is a custom fit hitch and will have a pretty easy install (see attached video), but this will have a max tongue weight of 350 pounds (which is the highest Class 2 hitches go up to). Unfortunately, there is not a way to get a hitch with more tongue weight than this, and, to be honest, I would check your owner's manual to see if this much can be handled. Hitches are often rated higher than the vehicle they are being installed on and you are limited by your lowest rated component.

I saw you were looking at the Flint Hill Goods 30" x 50" Wheelchair Carrier # FHG77ZR, but this needs to have a 2" receiver. Class 2 hitches are 1-1/4" receivers so you would need to use an adapter to make this work. Adapters will reduce your tongue weight by 50% though, so I almost never recommend going this route and definitely not in this case.

I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear, but your best bet would be to add the hitch # C12107, wiring # 118405 (the 4-flat plug is standard on small trailers without brakes), pin + clip # F-4, and ball mount # C45591 (this one will get you very close to the average 18" tall trailer coupler and has a 1-7/8" ball, also standard on small trailers) so you can pull a small trailer. This will be the only way to get the weight capacity you need.
