Will Swagman Current Bike Rack Clear Bumper on a 2016 Chevy Traverse

In its raised, stored position, will the Swagman Current bike rack clear the bumper on a 2016 Chevy Traverse LT?

It will with the right trailer hitch.
The Swagman Current Bike Rack # S64678 is going to fit out 5-3/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole when in the stored position. If you install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13424 on your 2016 Chevy Traverse then the distance you need to clear is 5-1/4" - which means you'll have 1/2" of room between the bike rack and your bumper.
This will be a little tight but will still clear. If you need a bit more space then I recommend checking out the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR which has 10" of clearance and then can accommodate up to 3" wide tires as opposed to 5" wide tires like what we see with the Current.
