Can i use part #20119 as a replacement end on part #118265 On a 2013 Honda Pilot?

Yes, I pulled bot the Replacement Wiring Adapter # 74682 and an OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness # 118265 from our warehouse and found that the two are compatible. You could use the # 20119 with the # 118265 as a replacement 7-way to give you a 4-way and 7-way.

This is a very smart idea and would be great if you plan on towing trailers with 4-ways and 7-ways.
