Recommendation for a 7.00-15LT Trailer Tire for a Livestock Trailer

Question:

My stock trailer currently has 7.00x15LT load range C tires. 3 of the tires are newer than the other one. The older one is flat and rather than repair I am thinking it might be better to replace with a new tire. I dont want to spend a lot on the tires as I only use it a few hundred miles a year and seldom haul more than 4000 lbs of cattle. Looking around I dont find tires same as mine available. What would be my best choice? Rather not replace the wheel as it wouldnt match the others.

We do carry one 7.00-15 light truck tire and it is # AM10414. It is a load range E tire rated for 2,403 pounds at 70 psi. The good news is that you will not have to also replace a wheel and that we do have this one option that will work for you.

You mentioned not using the trailer very often. I recommend to cover the trailer or just the tires when not in use because being out in the elements can take its toll on the tires and you would hate to go to use the trailer and find that the tires are dry rotted. For a set of 2 tire covers that fit 7.00-15 tires use # 052963762501.

I have also included a link to our help article on trailer tires for you.
