There is a single 2 inch to 1-1/4 inch hitch reducer made in the USA, from Brophy:
- Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02

Oh, and to secure it to your hitch you'll also need the USA made (USA! USA! USA!) Gen-Y Hitch Pin and Clip # 325-GH-096.
