I checked with the manufacturer and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT79MR is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. It offers a bolt-on fit with no drilling required. It has a 2" receiver that can be used for towing or hauling.
Please note, if you will be towing then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness and ball mount/hitch ball. I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118741 which is plug and play and the Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
