For a 2014 Ram 3500 Dually 8 Foot Bed - Crew Cab - without board or step underneath truck bed and with a non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch I recommend going with the HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # LC236326-205221.
These tie-downs will permanently install in the bed of your Ram to provide safe anchoring points for your truck bed camper. You'll just need some turnbuckles like part # LC182895 to complete your setup and be ready to travel.
