Question:
I have a 2020 silverdo with a flatbed that was purchases together at the dealer. The 7 way plug on the flat bed needs to be replaced. I want to stick with a 7 plug and the correct wire harness as to not be splicing anything. Can you help locate the correct part number for me? thjanks

If the truck has an aftermarket bed then the trailer wiring plug and harness could have been altered from the factory for this specific application. In which case, I wouldn't really be able to know what you have exactly but we do have some possible replacement options. I recommend the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part # HM40975 or the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket and Wiring part # HM40975-11998. This is the standard trailer connector used on nearly all vehicles with factory tow package. If you have the factory wiring still on the truck then the connector will plug right it but if it has been altered then you'll need the connector and wiring harness which splices in.
