Can The Bright Way Solar Battery Charger # BRW54FR Be Used In The Rain
Question:
I wanted to use this to maintain my batteries while my RV is in storage. Is it waterproof? Not that it rains tons here in the desert, but it does rain occasionally.

Yes, The Bright Way Solar Battery Charger # BRW54FR will work when it is raining. Photovoltaic panels can use direct or indirect sunlight to generate power, though they are most effective in direct sunlight. Solar panels will still work even when the light is reflected or partially blocked by clouds. Rain will actually help to keep your panels operating efficiently by washing away any dust or dirt.
