My technical contact at Dexter let me know that your axle # LN 122800457 uses Dexter Trailer Hub Assembly # 8-259-5UC1. This hub assembly comes with the inner and outer bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts. The inner and outer bearings are the same # L44649. The race is # L44610.

If you have this axle on a Triton Trailer then, originally those hubs had a corrosion resistant zinc finish whereas these replacement hubs are painted.
