For your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed with the OEM rail kit towing a 2022 Allen Idletime which has a square and wide trailer nose I would recommend using a slider hitch like part # BWRVK3775 so that you have turning clearance. Sometimes if the trailer has a tapered nose you can get away with a fixed hitch like the # BWRVK3710 but when towing with a short bed truck but in your situation your trailer would require a slider.
