Recommended RV Air Conditioner BTU Rating For A Travel Lite SS-28RLS Travel Trailer

I have a travel lite SS-28RLS I dont know what size ac unit I have and need to replace. Would a13500btu unit be sufficient for this size unit?

Since the size of Travel Lite SS-28RLS range around 30' in length I recommend going with the a 15,000BTU rated AC system to ensure your trailer is properly cooled without overworking the rooftop condenser unit.

If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop condenser unit and still retain use of your thermostat and air distribution box then I recommend the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FACR15SA-W-C. Units like this come with a wiring harness adapter, but you will need to confirm that the adapter is compatible with your current system.
