I recommend going with the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset # CAB-C5GX1216. This bolts on around the king pin on your pin box and then connects to the gooseneck hitch ball on your truck. There is a 7-1/2" offset and the height is adjustable from 12" - 16" so you can get the right height adjustment for your towing application.
