While we definitely have a hitch-rack option, we do not have a swinging or a tilting option for your recumbent bike. Also, the construction of the racks' shanks are not compatible with swinging adapters like the # Y02483.

All this being said, we have a bike rack that will allow you to transport your recumbent bike. For the best option, I recommend going with the Saris Freedom for 2 Recumbents Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SA4412B-R. The Freedom not only comes with an impressive 60-pound per-bike weight capacity, it also comes with independently-adjusting cradles that eliminate the need for a bike frame adapter bar to secure your bikes. As far as compatibility, the Freedom fits bike tires up to 3 inches wide and wheelbases up to 57 inches long.

For theft-deterrence, I suggest using the locking hitch lock # SA3022 and the etrailer cable lock # e98891 to secure both the rack and your bikes.

If you need a compatible hitch receiver, I recommend the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13397 (for non-Hybrid, Hybrid, and non-Touring models) and the EcoHitch - 2" # 306-X7345 (for Touring models). With both of these hitches, you won't have any bumper clearance issues when using the Freedom. I went ahead and attached some installation videos for your convenience.
