The instructions for Curt trailer hitch # C11013 which I have linked for you have a nice image of the hitch installed on a CTS Sport Wagon. I have also included the picture here for you.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount for this hitch is # C45520 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch ball you can use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 119147KIT.
1-7/8" Hitch Ball - 3/4" Diameter x 1-9/16" Long Shank - Chrome - 2,000 lbs
2" Hitch Ball - 3/4" Diameter x 1-9/16" Long Shank - Chrome - 3,500 lbs
Curt Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches - 3-1/8" Rise - 9-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs
Pin and Clip for 1-1/4" Hitches - 1/2" Diameter
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4"
