Gray Water Tank Reducer With 3.5" OD

Question:
The tank side reducer is 3inch OD and my tank flange has a 3.5inch ID. Obviously I need a transition piece or a reducer from 3.5inch to 1.5inch elbow. What part s am I missing? Please help with PNs and sources.

If I understand correctly, you need a reducer with an OD of 3.5". The 3" Spigot Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer, # T1041-1 that you linked to is a 3.5" OD with a 3.0" ID measurement.
